Introduction
J&K Forest Department Final Seniority List 2026. The Office of the Chief Conservator of Forests (CCF), Jammu, Government of Jammu and Kashmir, has published Notification No. 16 of 2026 (dated 22/08/2026) releasing the Combined Final Seniority List of Forest Guards across Jammu Province as it stood on 22-08-2026.
Earlier, a tentative seniority list as on 15-06-2026 was circulated vide Notification No. 10 of 2026 dated 25-06-2026 for inviting claims and objections. Following a thorough examination of representations received directly and via Controlling Officers/DDOs, the final list comprising 1,031 in-service officials has been updated and notified as Annexure-A.

Based on reports received from concerned DFOs and DDOs, a total of 16 officials were removed from the tentative list due to reasons including resignation, promotion, non-joining, termination, or demise:
- Resigned from Service: Mohd Younis (Bhaderwah), Man Mohan (Ramnagar), Abdul Khaliq (Rajouri), Parvinder Singh (Mahore), Ishfaq Ahmed (Mahore), Sandeep Singh Parihar (Doda), Prince Sharma (Jammu), Sahil Kumar Thapa (Jammu).
- Already Promoted as Forester: Rajinder Singh (Udhampur – promoted during 2020 DPC).
