Introduction
The Office of the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Recruitment, Delhi has issued an official notice regarding the e-Admission Certificate for the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) for recruitment to the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) in Delhi Police Examination-2025 for Delhi Police Head Constable Ministerial PE&MT Admit Card 2026 Released.
The PE&MT for all shortlisted candidates is set to commence from 31st July 2026 (Friday). Candidates who qualified in the written examination can now download their e-Admit Cards and must follow the strict instructions issued by the Delhi Police recruitment authority.

Important Instructions for PE&MT Candidates
Candidates appearing for the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test must carefully adhere to the following rules:
- Printed e-Admit Card: Bring a clear printed copy of the downloaded e-Admission Certificate to the venue.
- Photographs & Photo ID Proof: Bring 10 recent passport-size colour photographs and at least one valid original photo ID proof (Passport, Aadhaar Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID, PAN Card, Service ID, etc.) bearing complete date of birth.
- Original Certificates: Bring original copies along with one set of self-attested photocopies of all relevant certificates (Educational, Caste, EWS, Driving Licence, Hill Area, Sports, Delhi Police Ward, Departmental, NCC, RRU, etc.). No reservation/relaxation will be granted without original documents.
- Ex-Servicemen (ESM): Serving Armed Forces personnel must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC) indicating date of discharge. Discharged personnel must bring their Discharge Book/Certificate.
- Pregnant Candidates: Female candidates who are pregnant or recently gave birth will be declared temporarily unfit upon submitting an application with supporting medical documents at the venue on their scheduled date.
- No Change of Schedule: No requests for changing the date, time, or venue will be accepted. Absent candidates will not receive a second opportunity.
PE&MT Test Structure
- Physical Endurance Test (PET):
- Candidates must first qualify in the Race event.
- Candidates qualifying the Race will be allowed to participate in Long Jump and High Jump (3 attempts will be given for each).
- No appeal against disqualification in Race, Long Jump, or High Jump will be entertained.
- Physical Measurement Test (PMT):
- Conducted only for candidates who successfully qualify in all three PET events (Race, Long Jump, and High Jump).
Application Fee & Payment Mode
- PE&MT Attendance Fee: ₹0/- (Nil).
- Travelling Allowance: No TA/DA or travel expenses will be paid by Delhi Police for attending the PE&MT.
Selection Process
The complete selection process for Delhi Police Head Constable (Ministerial) includes:
- Computer-Based Written Examination (CBE): Completed / Result declared.
- Physical Endurance & Measurement Test (PE&MT): Commencing from 31st July 2026.
- Typing Test on Computer: For candidates qualifying PE&MT.
- Computer Formatting Test: Qualifying nature.
- Document Verification & Medical Examination: Final stage prior to appointment.

- Click on the direct admit card link provided in the Important Links section below or visit the official SSC NR portal.
- Enter your Registration Number / Roll Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on the Submit / Download Admit Card button.
- Download the e-Admission Certificate PDF and print out a clean copy.
- Verify your reporting date, time, and venue details mentioned on the admit card.
