Introduction
GMC Jammu Recruitment 2026. Government Medical College (GMC), Jammu has released Advertisement Notice No. 02/AHJ of 2026 inviting offline applications from domicile candidates of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir. The recruitment is conducted on an Academic Arrangement Basis under SRO 24 (SO 364) for Nuclear Medicine technical positions in GMC Jammu and its Associated Hospitals for an initial period of one year (extendable up to six years).

Domicile Condition
- Candidates must be eligible domiciles of the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir only.
Educational Qualification & Experience
- Technical Supervisor: * 12th pass with Science stream and B.Sc Nuclear Medicine / DMRIT (Nuclear Medicine) / M.Sc Nuclear Medicine.
- RSO Level-II Certification recognized by AERB.
- 03 years of experience as Chief Technician.
- Chief Technician: * 12th pass with Science stream and B.Sc Nuclear Medicine / DMRIT (Nuclear Medicine) / M.Sc Nuclear Medicine.
- RSO Level-II Certification recognized by AERB.
- 03 years of experience as Senior Technician Nuclear Medicine.
- Senior Technician: * 12th pass with Science stream and B.Sc Nuclear Medicine / DMRIT (Nuclear Medicine) / M.Sc Nuclear Medicine.
- RSO Level-II Certification recognized by AERB.
- 03 years of experience as Junior Technician Nuclear Medicine.
- Nuclear Medicine Assistant: * 12th pass with Science stream and B.Sc Nuclear Medicine.
- Mandatory Registration: Candidates must have a valid Registration Certificate from the J&K Para Medical Council (applications without it will be rejected).
Age Limit
- Maximum Age: 63 years as on the date of application submission.
- Relaxation / Rules: Selections will follow the provisions of the J&K Reservation Act and relevant Civil Services rules.
