Introduction

J&K Bank SAC Member Recruitment 2026: The Jammu & Kashmir Bank Limited (Corporate Headquarters, Srinagar) has issued an official Advertisement Notice inviting applications for hiring the services of a Retired Judge as a member of the Settlement Advisory Committee (SAC).

This engagement is purely on a contractual basis for a period of 3 years, subject to satisfactory performance. Interested and eligible former judges can download the application form from the official J&K Bank website and submit it by registered post on or before 17th August 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational & Professional Qualification: Candidates must be an Honorable Former/Retired Judge not below the rank of Honorable High Court Judge.
• Age Limit: The age of the applicant must be below 75 years as on 31.07.2026.
• Terms of Engagement: Contractual for 3 years. The bank reserves the right to terminate the contract at any point in time after issuing a one-month notice.
